Vegan Banana Bread


I made this because I was bored and ate it because it was made.


Enjoy!





Ingredients:


  • 2 Cups of wholemeal flour

  • ¼ Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Baking soda

  • Tsp Cinnamon

  • ¼ Cup of vegetable oil

  • ¾ Cup Brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoon of almond milk

  • 4 large bananas


Preparation & details:


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Line a bread pan with grease-proof paper.

  • In a large bowl, mash the banana until almost smooth.

  • Stir the wet ingredients into the banana until combined.

  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, one by one. Stop stirring when flour has been folded in successfully.

  • Spoon the mixture into the bread pan and spread out evenly adding your desired toppings.

  • Bake the loaf, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly golden and firm on top.

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a rack for 30 minutes.
