I made this because I was bored and ate it because it was made.

Ingredients:
2 Cups of wholemeal flour
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking soda
Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Cup of vegetable oil
¾ Cup Brown sugar
4 tablespoon of almond milk
4 large bananas
Preparation & details:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a bread pan with grease-proof paper.
In a large bowl, mash the banana until almost smooth.
Stir the wet ingredients into the banana until combined.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, one by one. Stop stirring when flour has been folded in successfully.
Spoon the mixture into the bread pan and spread out evenly adding your desired toppings.
Bake the loaf, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly golden and firm on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a rack for 30 minutes.
