Almond Coated Chicken Strips



Ingredients:


  • 500g chicken or turkey breast

  • 140g almond flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground black pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder

  • 1 egg


Preparation & details:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees or 190 celsius

  • Stir together dry ingredients and place mix on a large plate

  • Cut breasts into strips

  • In a separate bowl, beat egg

  • Dip chicken strips into egg

  • Roll strips in the dry mix on the plate

  • Repeat on all sides till chicken strip is covered

  • Place all strips on an oven tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden
