
Ingredients:
500g chicken or turkey breast
140g almond flour
1 Tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon Ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 egg
Preparation & details:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or 190 celsius
Stir together dry ingredients and place mix on a large plate
Cut breasts into strips
In a separate bowl, beat egg
Dip chicken strips into egg
Roll strips in the dry mix on the plate
Repeat on all sides till chicken strip is covered
Place all strips on an oven tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden
