Melon, Honey & Cinnamon Smoothie

First recipe, unfortunately there's no exciting backstory. I was hungry as well as thirsty, also a publication from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indicates that fruits such as melons can help you both lose and maintain a healthy weight.


So here we are, a refreshing melon smoothie with honey and cinnamon!




Preparation & details:


  • 1/2 Melon

  • 2 Tablespoon of Raw Honey

  • 2 Tablespoon Cinnamon


Preparation & details:

  • Chop melon into a bowl

  • Leave melon in the bowl or transfer to a blender along with the cinnamon and honey.

  • Blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  • *Add water for desired thickness

  • Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
